We start our hiking day at the parking of the Col de la Croix. After 10min, we reach the trail and can watch the Gypsum pyramids on our right. Behind us, we enjoy a fabulous mountain panorama. After 1.5 hours hike, we reach the first lake: les Chavonnes. After a short lunch break (a small snack around the lake) we continue our walk and watch the 2nd and 3rd lake: the Lac Noir, and Lac de Bretaye. After 30min walk, we arrive to Bretaye station, half of the hike. After a short break, we go for the second half of the tour: 1.30h easy walk along the mountain untill the Col de la Croix!
